Start your day with a glass of sparkling wine, homemade goats cheese as well as honey from our bee’s on our breakfast buffet from 8am-10am. Our room service staff is pampering you with our “breakfast in bed “ option (upon availability)
We are serving snacks and homemade cakes like apricot- and chocolate cakes as well as curd cheese and apple strudel. Our restaurant terrace is opened till 10 pm and our hotel bar offers drinks from 8am – 12 pm.
For dinner time we are able to arrange our 4-course or 7-course menu with correspondending wines of the own winery or the top vintners of the wine regions.
Our well-known restaurant offers fresh, regional and seasonal products, which are partly grown in the garden of the senior boss Leopold Pfeffel. The food in the Gartenhotel & Weingut Pfeffel should be “Healthy and delicious” – so the senior boss is always saying. More than 2000m² of vegetable (tomatoes, courgettes, salad, etc.) and herbs (parsley, chive etc.) garden are farmed by the head of the family. Depending on the seasons our kitchen is serving local specialities and haute cuisine.
Fruits are cultivated as well in Pfeffel’s garden world. The flagship of the Wachau valley the “ Marille – apricot” is processed in various delights. Next to our rich variety of courses you will find noble wine drops from the own vineyard as well as wines from the surrounding areas.

Products from our own garden are the top priority in the garden hotel. Be it the honey from our own bees, which you can enjoy at breakfast, or the home-grown vegetables, you can be sure that it bears the signature of the senior manager Leopold Pfeffel. You are welcome to taste our goat cheese and wines from our winery.
